We then monitor these bait stations for termite activity, keeping your house from being the "monitor." We reinforce the baiting system with applications of a liquid termicide, Premise®, in critical areas around the home, where termites are most likely to be found tunneling. Every 3 months, a technician will check all bait stations around your home for termite activity. If termites are found, the pre-bait matrix is then replaced with a termicidal bait, which is consumed and taken back to the termite colony. The bait is shared and the colony is eliminated. This integration of prevention, detection, and control techniques creates a highly effective zone of protection around your home.
